Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using the Soccer Time - Coach Timer app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and Apple's End User License Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Use of the App

The App is designed to help soccer coaches track player play time, stats, and manage teams. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Subscriptions and Refunds

The App offers a monthly, season (6 months), and annual subscription to unlock additional features. Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat, a third-party service. Refunds for subscriptions will be handled in accordance with Apple's refund policies. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in their App Store account settings.

Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Two Twenty Design LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

User-Generated Data

Any data entered by users, such as player stats and details, remains their property. Soccer Time does not share this data with third parties.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Two Twenty Design LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use or inability to use the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
